1) Most items can be personalized.

3) Various imprinting methods are used: Embroidery, Direct to Garment, Screenprinting, and CC film.

4) Please verify all details prior to ordering. If we make a mistake, we will correct it! If you make a mistake and the item has been printed already, we will reprint your item at 50% off. It must be the same garment in size, style, & color. Email Customer Service for more details.

5) Our designs are created in house by Roxie Kelly. You won't find these in 20 other online stores, just ours.
